Notes:
-Each member state designation has an Official Fee of EUR 80. If more than 7 countries are selected the maximum official amount to be charge is EUR 560 and the maximum Attorney fee is EUR 560.
-The costs for mail delivery, specification preparation, drawing modifications, annuity payments, late filings and responses to office actions or notices are not included. Our prices would only vary if there are changes in the official fees.
-For European Applications based on PCT International Applications please consider that the Examination and the State Designation fees have to be paid with the patent filing.
Requirements for Direct or Paris Convention Applications
1. Our filled out patent order form.
2. Copy of the specification of invention including claims and drawings.
3. English, French or German translation (Specifications).
4. Declaration of Inventor in favor of the applicant, if applicant is different than the inventor.
5. Certified Priority Document with application number and country of origin. To be filed within 16
months from the priority date.
6. Power of Attorney. Simple signed copy by post mail.
In this case the European Patent Annuities are due from the 3rd year from the filing date of the European Patent.

 5. Months for paying 3rd Annuity    36 Months from European Patent filing date
Requirements For Applications based on International Applications (PCT)
1. Our filled out patent order form.
2. PCT publication and International Search Report.
3. Indication if Preliminary Examination has been taken (Chapter II).
4. English, French or German translation indicating if there has been any amendment to the PCT
original filing.
5. Power of Attorney. Simple signed copy by post mail.
6. Declaration of Inventor in favor of the applicant, if applicant is different than the inventor.
The European Patent Annuities are due from the 3rd year from the International filing date.
