Patent Requirements in the United Kingdom
  In order to apply and file for a patent in the United Kingdom you need to provide the Patent Information, bellow, and the statement of inventorship if required.
 

1.- UK Patent Requirements

  

  1. Name and address of the applicant. If it is a Company, place of incorporation.
  2. Name, address and citizenship of the Inventor(s).
  3. Invention Title, Abstract of the Invention.
  4. Invention or Design specifications / description.
  5. Claims.
  6. Set of Formal Drawings.
  7. English Translation of the specifications (could be filed within 2 months of the filing date).
  8. Statement of Inventorship.
  9. Priority document, including priority number and country of origin.
